AniSculpt it's not a plugin, it's only a technique based in to use the standard Blender Sculpt tools in animation.  AniSculpt script allow import a export vertex cache between 3D apps (Only Maya at the moment), so you can create a mixed pipeline    Download AniSculpt 0.7
